I’m joined by my sister Lovisa Dahl—someone who has walked beside me for years, not just as a student, but as a dear friend and soul companion. She knows me in many forms. And in this conversation, she invites more of me forward.

We talk about the sisterhood wound... How jealousy between women, and how much that has shaped us… the subtle (and not so subtle) ways we’ve been taught to compete, compare, and hold back. And how admiration—genuine, embodied admiration—is one of the most powerful medicines we have to heal that wound.

I open up about my own sacred merging..

I share more about the parts of me I used to keep separate..

The traditional path of Advaita Vedānta I’ve studied and taught for many years.

And the wild, embodied world of sacred sexuality and Eros that cracked me open in a completely different way.

For a long time, I didn’t know how to bring them together.

I thought one gave me credibility and respect… the other gave me life.

But what I’ve realized over the years is that these paths don’t cancel each other out.

And the truth is… they were never meant to be separate.

They complete each other.

This episode is about that integration.

About giving myself permission to be all of it.

The chanting priestess.

The woman who prays with words and with touch.

I speak about healing trauma. About giving yourself pleasure during your moon. About grief. About devotion. About finding home in your own hands.
