This website is operated by Devi School. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Devi School. Devi School offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

You are responsible for paying the full amount of the price you originally agreed to pay for any program you purchase, regardless if you leave the program, do not complete it in the time frame provided, or don't use the container at all.

If you were not able to pay in full for a program and require a payment plan, you are still responsible for the full purchase price of the program originally agreed to.

If you are purchasing the Muse Program (a 15-month program) on a payment plan, and you choose to terminate your agreement before the agreement has been completed, you will be responsible for paying the full investment.

While Devi School does provide many Live programs, it is not guaranteed that each program within the 15-month agreement will be Live. Devi School retains the right to provide pre-recorded programs as needed.

By accepting the terms of this agreement, you agree to never dispute any charges already paid, no matter the payment vehicle. (Example: PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer, etc.)
